Who needs a paid seat?
Reporters are your clients, stakeholders and website visitors. They send feedback through the widget for free, as many as you like, without creating an account.
Team members are the people on your team who work on website issues, such as PMs, developers, designers or QA. They log in to Marker.io to review, assign and fix issues together. Team members are the only paid seats.
Can I add more members?
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of team members: 3 on Starter and 15 on Team. Need more? Add extra members to your current plan anytime. No need to upgrade.
Extra members cost $4/mo each on Starter and $6/mo each on Team, billed annually ($6 and $9 billed monthly). Business plans come with a custom team size. Learn how billing works
What does Website Monitoring check?
Every scan checks your pages for accessibility issues against WCAG A, AA or AAA, content quality problems like typos and missing images, and broken links. GEO & SEO checks are coming soon, with custom AI checks on Business.
Each issue comes with a screenshot and a suggested fix, lands in your issue tracker, and is logged in your audit trail.
What counts as a monitored page?
Any unique URL on your site that Marker.io scans automatically for issues. Each scan checks the page for accessibility problems, content quality issues like typos and missing images, and broken links. Every plan includes 10 monitored pages, and you choose which ones: your whole sitemap or a hand-picked list.
Can I split my pages across multiple websites?
Yes. Your monitored pages are one shared pool for your whole account. Split them across as many websites as you like and set an allowance for each, for example 70 pages on your main site and 30 on a microsite.
What happens when I stop monitoring a page?
Its scan history and fixes stay in your audit trail, but the page is no longer scanned or tracked from that point on. Any new issues on it will go unnoticed.
Your monitored pages are meant to cover the pages you care about over time. Update the list as your site evolves, but if you need to cover more of your site, add pages with the Monitoring Add-on rather than rotating them.

Can AI help fix the issues?
Yes. Connect the Marker.io MCP to Claude, Codex or another AI agent, and it can read your feedback and scan results, then fix issues in your code or CMS. You review the changes before they go live and rescan to confirm each fix.
